It is likely to have unspeakably awful translation that leaves whole sections of operation out, will not say how to clear the machine or correct errors, and will find really imaginative ways to fuck up. That is all.

At my old workplace, we had a giant cutting machine that was German. No one understood it, so we just memorized what the functions did.

I ran a three-axis milling machine for glass and stone that was italian made and had ITALIAN SOFTWARE. Now, the Italians are pretty good engineers and they build nice machines but the software was byzantine. We had a smart programmer who made some sub-routines that we could use to work around the icon driven software when the icons made no sense whatsoever. The only machine that could make me sweat.
